Talenix Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This notice covers the Talenix website, childcare location search and contact form. You can contact us through our contact page.

- your town, city or postcode and the type of enquiry you make;
- your response preference, preferred call time and message; and
- your confirmation that you have read this privacy notice.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical details such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and pages visited to deliver and protect the service.

We do not use the search or contact form to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry, whether a service relationship develops and any legal retention requirement. We periodically review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive information in the free-text message field.
6. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. These rights can have legal limits and exemptions.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Talenix does not currently use the contact form for marketing.
